SUBSTANCE: container for storage and transportation of liquids consists of the inner tank, an outer shell, a tray-like base. The base has a bottom for mounting the inner tank and support legs of nonconducting material. The circular ledge of the bottom is located between the lower edge of the outer shell and the support legs. At least one support leg is equipped with a detail stamped from the steel sheet, to create the electrically conductive connection with the bottom or the outer shell. The support leg comprises a receiving chamber for placing a detail stamped from the steel sheet. The parts of contact with the bearing surface have a contact bottom surface and a contact stacking surface. The contact stacking surface is connected to the contact bottom surface by the contact protrusion. The protrusion is formed by the part of contact with the bearing surface and is located above the contact bottom surface along the vertical axis of the tank.

EFFECT: container is proposed for transportation and storage with a device for removal of electrostatic charge of the inner tank occurring during movement of liquid relative to the tank.
