FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: proposed intake valves are screwed on threaded coupling flange. In compliance with first version, said flange if made from non-conducting plastic, while, in compliance with second version, it is made from conducting plastic. Both said flanges are welded to drain branch pipe of the tank inner chamber. In compliance with first version, earthing conductor is made up of circular segment built in coupling flange inner wall to enter coupling flange ring, and flexible cable. Note here that coupling flange and earthing conductor are produced by 2K process in injection moulding machine in stage stages. In compliance with second version, flexible earthing cable is molded integral with coupling flange. One end of said cable is connected by jumper with coupling flange ring. Its other end has jointing strap. Note here that cable section between said strap and jumper is connected by tear-off film with coupling flange ring.
