FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: centring of the photosensitive surface of a matrix photodetector and perpendicularity thereof relative the optical axis is carried out using an adjustment cartridge. That position is fixed using a method of trimming mounting surfaces of their holders. These operations are controlled in a given spectral range based on video signals of the adjusted matrix photodetector and the matrix photodetector of the television camera of an autocollimating microscope.
EFFECT: enabling accurate adjustment of electro-optical modules with matrix photodetectors, as well as interchangeability thereof in a wide spectral range from UV to infrared, which is enabled owing to that, when adjusting matrix photodetectors operating in different spectral ranges, in order to provide interchangeability, the accurate position of the photosensitive surface of the matrix photodetector relative mounting surfaces is given: diameter and mounting plane.
