SUBSTANCE: boot (1) contains a sole (2) and a bootleg (3); the boot (1) is longitudinally extended from the heel part (4) to the front (5) and vertically - from the sole (2) to the upper edge (12); the boot (1) has a putting-on hole (17) and contains a side part (15), a middle part (16) as well as a restraint means (30), the restraint means (30) containing the first string (31), the second string (32) as well as the elements (33-42, 80) connecting the strings (31, 32) to the bootleg (3); the first string (31) passes from one part (15, 16) to the other area of the ankle joint while the second string (32) passes from the primary sliding connective element (37) positioned on one of the part (15, 16) further via the first sliding intermediary connective element (41) positioned on the other part, then further along the bootleg (3) encompassing the heel part (4) between the sole (2) and the upper edge (12), ultimately coming to the end stationary connective element (42) positioned on the same part as the primary connective element (37).
EFFECT: ensuring the user's leg retention inside the bootleg.
