FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, more specifically to diagnostic systems based on temperature skin sensitivity detection. A patient skin cold and warm receptor sensor comprises a thermode (3), a thermode temperature sensor and metre (7), a heat module (1), which implements the Peltier effect and containing heat exposure (2) and heat exchanger (4) surfaces, radiator system (5), a direct current source (10), a first switch (11), a second switch (13), a control signal generator (14), a dual-channel temperature metre controller (12), a pulse counter (16), a patient-controlled pulse generator (15). The thermode (3) is equipped on the heat exposure surface (2) of the heat module (1); the radiator system (5) is placed on the heat exchange surface (4) of the heat module (1); a temperature sensor (7) is positioned in the thermode channel (3). Outputs of the direct current source (10) are connected to inputs of the first switch (11); outputs of the first switch (11) are connected to poles of the heat module (1); outputs of the temperature sensor (7) are connected to inputs of the dual-channel temperature metre controller (12). Each switching output of the dual-channel temperature metre controller (12) is connected to one of the two inputs of the second switch (13); output contacts of the second switch (13) are in a circuit of the power supply of the heat module (1). An output of the control signal generator (14) is connected in parallel to control inputs of the first and second switches (11, 13), and an output of the pulse generator (15) is connected to an input of the pulse counter (16).

EFFECT: invention shall simplify the heat circuit of temperature skin sensitivity detectors.
