FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ultrasound processing and may be used in cavitation processing of whatever fluids, e.g. heavy hydrocarbons or fluid food, water-fluid emulsions for diesel engines and boilers, high-quality paints, lubricants, etc. Proposed device comprises piezometric converter with concentrators and resonance membranes. Rectangular annular grooves are made at resonance membrane lateral surface at its depth center communicated via through openings with membrane inner surface. Said resonance membranes are made from high-Q-factor metal with high heat conductivity. Central areas of resonance membrane emitting inner and outer surface are coated by anti-erosion material.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability.
