FIELD: apparatuses for extra-fine comminution in liquid mediums of fine-dispersing materials mainly used in paint and varnish industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has chamber with inlet and outlet branch pipes, with high-amplitude nozzle of ultrasonic vibrator, that is mounted with flow-through clearance relatively to chamber body, and value of which together with area of clearance maintains dispersion of solid phase of paint and varnish suspensions in process of its running through clearance. Design features of ultrasonic vibrator providing stable level of nozzle vibrations amplitudes and as a result of it - high quality of product of treatment are also defined.
