FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and may be used for making bulges of various shape, depth and diameter at crank presses. Bottom plate to support forged lining with inclined-surface slot is rigidly mounted at press table. Nozzle with half-female dies ands extractor are arranged in guides. Top plate is secured to bottom plate by shank at press slide. Holder with polyurethane buffer or spring and container with two half-female dies are secured at top plate. Said half-female dies have channels to accommodated forged beam. Forged lining inclined surface channel features surface lift from device center to locking groove. Inclined surface channel width exceeds extractor base diameter. Shank is furnished with spring and pusher to transfer spring force to two top plate half-female dies.
EFFECT: collar upset at one press pass.
