SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ceramic mixtures which can be used in making articles for general purposes. The ceramic mixture contains kaolin, clay, potsherd, dolomite and natural diopside, with the following ratio of components, wt %: kaolin 74.0-75.5; clay 5.0-7.0; potsherd 5.0-7.0; dolomite 0.5-1.0; natural diopside 10.0-15.0.
EFFECT: high thermal stability of articles.
