FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: in a portable ramp bridge, comprising demountable segmented elements, the ramp elements are at least three coaxial segments of car tyres with a rim diameter of an outer tyre that is higher than the outer diameter of an inner tyre and reducing width of a profile from the inner tyre to the outer tyre, which are reinforced inside the appropriate diameter of winding with cylindrical springs having assemblies at the ends, providing for hinged connection with the appropriate end of the adjacent spring and/or with the end of its beginning.

EFFECT: using the invention expands functional capabilities of vehicles, for instance, when overcoming obstacles in the form of borders and when parking in unequipped areas.
