SUBSTANCE: apparatus for transmitting data in a wireless communication system with bandwidth of 8.75 MHz has an OFDMA (orthogonal frequency-division multiple access) symbol generating unit which generates a plurality of OFDMA symbols, the duration of each of the plurality of OFDMA symbols being equal to sum of the cyclic prefix (CP) and the useful symbol interval, and the ratio of the CP to the useful symbol interval is equal to 1/8, a frame generating unit for generating a frame which includes said plurality of OFDMA symbols, the frame being divided into seven subframes, and the number of OFDMA symbols included in an arbitrary subframe from said seven subframes is equal to 6 of 7, and a transmitting unit for transmitting data based on said generated frame.
EFFECT: preventing interference between frames with different lengths of cyclic prefixes.
