SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of meat preserves production. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, boiling, shelling and cutting part of chicken eggs, wheat bread soaking in milk and chopping, beef chopping, bulb onions cutting, parsley green and savory cutting and freezing, sunflower flour pouring with bone broth and maintenance for swelling, mixing beef, wheat bread, the raw part of chicken eggs, bulb onions, part of parsley green, savory green, part of salt and part of black hot pepper to produce cutlet mass, moulding the boiled part of chicken eggs into the culet mass to produce cutlets, the remaining parsley green and sunflower flour mixing with bone broth, tomato paste, the remaining salt and the remaining black hot pepper to produce a sauce, the culets and sauce packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
