FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of biaxially-oriented polypropylene film. Proposed method comprises heating and fusing polypropylene polymer A without recycled agent and propylene polymer B recycled one time, moulding and extruding said polymers through flat-slot nozzle, drawing at rolls and hardening to make primary film to be stretched in lengthwise and transverse directions. Note here that melt of polymer A is directed on both sides of that of polymer B to make edge zone to be cut off thereafter. Film junks are mixed with melt of polymer B and extrude to obtain primary film. Said film comprises, at least, one layer obtained as described above. Said film may be used in capacitors.
EFFECT: higher quality, decreased losses.
