FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: rotor-type windmill serves to generate electric power using ram air caused by vehicle run. It it arranged horizontally at car body roof or railway car roof. Hollow cowl is arranged ahead of windmill above car cabin or at railway car roof to accommodate curvilinear diffuser to accelerate oncoming airflow speed and to direct it into rotor curvilinear diffusers formed by curvilinear blades. It includes: two magnetoelectric generators composed of housing rotor-flywheel and windmill rotor fitted on horizontal shaft consisting of, at least, two curvilinear confusers with walls formed by blades, flat protective shutter of cowl, micro motor of composite protective jacket control gearing, limit micro stops, mechanical latches, inverter, storage battery and control board.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
