SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for the individual proscription of immunoactive preparations in treating infectious-inflammatory diseases, involving the recording of a chemiluminescent reaction in the presence of an immunoactive preparation that is followed by the calculation of an estimate wherein for the purpose of the chemiluminescence analysis, heparinised whole blood is used; lucigenin is used as the chemiluminescence indicator, and after the recording of the curves of spontaneous and immunoactive preparation modified lucigenin-dependent chemiluminescent reaction, an immunoactive modification coefficient (IMC) is calculated by formula, and for the purpose of immunotherapy, the preparation with the maximum IMC is used; if the IMC value is equal to 25% or more, the effective immunotherapy is predicted, and the KIM value less than 25%, the ineffective immunotherapy is predicted.

EFFECT: method is informative, efficient, enables the reliable prescription of the effective immunoactive preparations in treating the infectious-inflammatory diseases.
