SUBSTANCE: device is disclosed for remote opening of doors or gates, at least of a building (A,A1…An). The device comprises a block (B,B1…Bn), installed inside the building (A,A1…An) and accessible for multiple external terminals (C1…Cn), equipped with a GSM-module; the block (B,B1…Bn) is connected to an electromechanical facility (50) suitable for opening or closing of the specified doors or gates and comprises a data base (2) containing a list of telephone numbers of the specified multitude of external terminals (C1…Cn), a GSM-interface (3) for connection to the external terminal (C1…Cn), and a facility for control of the specified interface (3) and the specified data base (2). A control facility (4) is interrogated by external terminals (C1…Cn) and is suitable for control of the electromechanical facility (50) for opening of gates or doors, if the telephone number of the requesting external terminal is in the list of telephone numbers of external terminals (C1…Cn) of the data base.
EFFECT: provision of a device for remote opening of doors or gates of a building, which is different from available devices.
