FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a pulse directional element, including matching converters of current and voltage of transformer type, two frequency filters, two filters of emergency components, circuits to compare signs of current and voltage, two univibrators, two elements of prohibition and a start-up element, comprising a filter of industrial frequency, a prohibition element, a voltage relay, and also an AND element, a time element, two output relays, two univibrators, and additionally the proposed device includes two controlled univibrators, a button "Start" and two light indicators, the input of the first controlled univibrator is connected with the output of the button "Start", the input of which is connected with the source of power supply, the output of the button "Start" is also connected with the input of the second controlled univibrator control, the output of the first controlled univibrator is connected with the first light indicator, and the output of the second controlled univibrator is connected with the second light indicator, the working input of the first controlled univibrator is connected with the first output of the circuit to compare signs of current and voltage, and the input of prohibition of the first controlled univibrator is connected with the output of the second univibrator, the working input of the second controlled univibrator is connected with the second output of the circuit to compare signs of current and voltage, and the input of prohibition of the second controlled univibrator is connected with the output of the first univibrator.
EFFECT: increased reliability of operation of an electric network and expansion of functional capabilities of protection, executed by means of provision of automated monitoring of proper connection of input circuits of current and voltage in accordance with required alignment of a device in a protected direction.
