FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises a directional element consisting of matching current and voltage converters of transformer type, two frequency filters, two filters of emergency components, current and voltage sign comparison circuit, two monovibrators, two inhibition gates and a starting unit consisting of industrial frequency enhancer, an inhibition gate, voltage relay and AND gate, a time element and two output relays; additionally in the device there are three threshold elements and three output relays, industrial frequency enhancer, comparison circuit, AND gate, OR gate and time element; of the first additional output relay through the additional time element is connected to output of the additional OR gate, which first input is coupled to output of the first threshold element, which input is coupled to output of the additional industrial frequency enhancer, which input is connected to output of the matching current converters of transformer type while its second input of the additional OR GATE is connected to output of voltage relay, the second output of the matching voltage converters of transformer type through industrial frequency enhancer is coupled to the first input of the additional comparison circuit, which second input is connected to output of the additional industrial frequency enhancer; the first output of the additional comparison circuit through the second additional threshold element is coupled to the first input of the additional AND gate while the second output of the additional comparison circuit through the third additional threshold unit is coupled to the second output relay, output of the additional AND gate is connected to the first input of the additional AND gate and the third additional output relay while the second input of the additional AND gate is coupled to output of voltage relay.
