FIELD: information technology.

SUBSTANCE: error signal is generated as a result of averaging on each time interval the difference between an input signal and an extrapolated estimate of the information signal; error signals are quantised, encoded and restored after transmission thereof in a channel; for each time interval on the specified estimate of the information process, which corresponds to the beginning of said interval, an extrapolated estimate of the information process is generated, which varies in accordance with a law defined by the matriciant of that process; the extrapolated estimate of the information signal, which is a first component of the extrapolated estimate of the information process, is subtracted from the input signal; error signals are used for specification at the end of each time interval of the extrapolated estimate of the information process; at the receiving side for each time interval based on the specified estimate of the restored information process, which corresponds to the beginning of that interval, an extrapolated estimate of the restored information process is generated.

EFFECT: high noise-immunity.
