FIELD: personal use articles.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to means of individual protection of workers against electromagnetic radiation. The protective gloves for operators working with an electromagnetic radiation source consist of a textile lining bonded to the protective and the external shells; the protective shell is designed in the form of interconnected rings while the material used is represented by steel or polymeric materials. The external and the protective shells are coated with a composite material to be protected against electromagnetic radiation; the said material consists of polymer base in which particles of compounds (Fe, Si) or Co with nanocrystal structure with volumetric density equal to (0.6-1.4)·10-5 l/nm3 are distributed. At that, the polymer base for fixation of position of powder particles with nanocrystal structure is made in the form of alternating structural elements located at 90° to each other, and each of the elements is made in the form of particles of prolate form, which are located in parallel rows; at that, particles located to the left and to the right from it are shifted through the value not exceeding the half of maximum particle size. At that, the following value range of volumetric density of nanocrystals in amorphous matrix is optimum: more than 0.6·10-5 l/nm3, but less than 1.4-10-5 l/nm3.
EFFECT: higher protection degree of operators against electromagnetic radiation.
