SUBSTANCE: dosage form contains vardenafil in the form of a salt with an acid or vardenafil with an acid and sugar alcohols. The acid is selected from the group consisting of hydrochloric acid, citric acid, tartaric acid, succinic acid and toluene sulfonic acid. As a sugar alcohol, the dosage form preferentially contains mannitol or sorbitol. At least 80% of a vardenafil dose from the used dosage form is dissolved at 25°C in saline solution 10 ml of table salt. A degree of release of a drug from the dosage form in saline solution 900 ml for the first 5 minutes in UPS mixing apparatus with blades at 50 rpm, at 37°C makes at least 70%.
EFFECT: invention refers to novel dosage forms of vardenafil, which are quickly orally disintegrated.
