SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely physiotherapy. A method involves exposure to magnetic field. The exposure covers projections of the cervical sympathetic ganglia. The exposure is generated by travelling pulse magnetic field having the induction of 60 mT. On the first two days, the exposure frequency is 1 Hz. On the third and fourth days, the frequency is 5 Hz. On the fifth and sixth days, the frequency is 10 Hz. The exposure length is 15 minutes.

EFFECT: method reduces the length of pain management, improves regional blood flow in the inferior alveolar arteries, reduces the number of pyoinflammatory complications, improves the repair processes at the injury through the correction of vegetative imbalance; the method reduces the manifestations of total activity of the sympathetic vegetative nervous system (VNS), promoting the VNS balance, reducing the manifestations of stress, increasing total body resistance and, as a consequence, reducing the number of complications.
