FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sprayers. Sprayer comprises hollow cylindrical case with vortex flow spreader. Case upper section has outer thread for connection to fluid feed distribution pipeline union. Case lower section has outer thread for connection to vortex flow spreader via iron ring. Outer porous surface of spreader is attached to said ring. Spreader surface is shaped to truncated ellipsoid of revolution. Note here that larger axis of its frontal projection separated spreader inner space from said elliptical space. Smaller axis of frontal projection is aligned with inner cylindrical space. Said outer porous surface is equidistant with inner space elliptical space while casing has inner cylindrical chamber. Said chamber serves to feed fluid and accommodates swirler. Said swirler is composed of a sleeve with large-pitch trapezoidal-cross-section outer thread. Said swirled is screwed on rod secured via gauze filter to said case.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
