FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: an atomiser contains a hollow cylindrical housing; upper part of the housing is provided with an external thread for connection to a nozzle of a distributing pipeline for liquid supply, and a lower part of the housing is provided with an external thread for connection to a vortex flow spreader; besides, in the housing there is an internal cylindrical chamber, which serves for liquid supply, and in the cylindrical chamber coaxial to it there installed with a gap relative to the inner side surface of the chamber is the first swirler made in the form of a sleeve with an external screw thread with a large pitch of a trapezoidal shape and fixed by means of an internal thread on a stock that is attached in its upper part by means of a mesh filter to the housing; besides, the vortex flow spreader is attached to the housing by means of a yoke having an internal thread and made in the form of a ring, to which there attached is the vortex flow spreader that is attached to the housing by means of yoke 9 having the internal thread and made in the form of a ring, to which there attached is a conical perforated surface connected with its top in the lower part to a vertically located bar, on which there installed is the second swirler made in the form of a cone with a central hole and screw blades, which encloses with a gap the bar and is supported in the lower part with a stop located horizontally and perpendicular to the bar; besides, the top of the conical surface of the second swirler is directed towards the top of the conical surface of the spreader.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of fine liquid atomisation.
