FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dust separation equipment. Sprayer comprises hollow cylindrical case with vortex flow spreader. Case upper section has outer thread for connection to fluid feed distribution pipeline union. Case lower section has outer thread for connection to vortex flow spreader via iron ring. Case accommodates inner cylindrical fluid feed chamber. First swirler is arranged inside cylindrical chamber coaxially and with clearance relative to inner side surface. Said swirler is composed of a sleeve with large-pitch trapezoidal-cross-section outer thread. Swirler is screwed on the rod. Rod upper part is connected by gauze filter to said case. Spreader is jointed to said case by holder with inner thread and shaped to ring. Two opposed vertical plates are attached to said ring and interconnected by horizontal rod with second swirler located at its center. Swirler is composed of disc with helical vanes and has disc-like thrusts arranged perpendicular to said rod.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of spraying.
