FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas processing and ship building. Proposed device comprises stripping gas cooler, gas compressor, dual-fuel diesel-electric engine, cooler of gas fed to said engine, and heat exchanger for gas reliquefaction. Said cooler receives stripping natural gas formed in tanker cargo tank to cool it by heat exchange with coolant. Gas compressor receives said cooled gas to compress to pressure suitable for use in propeller plant engine. Cooler of gas fed to engine cools stripping natural gas heated on passing through gas compressor to temperature suitable for use in propeller plant engine and feed thereto. Heat exchanger receives surplus stripping natural gas not used in aforesaid engine downstream of gas cooler. After cooling and reliquefaction, heat exchanger feed gas into tanker cargo tank. Method of stripping gas processing comprises its pretreatment, compression, cooling and reliquefaction of surplus gas.
