FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and glaze compositions for applying on ceramic tiles. The glaze contains the following, pts.wt: yellow lead 4-5; ground glass 2.5-3; ground malachite 2-3; quartz sand 4-5; ground pegmatite 3-3.5; corundum 0.25-0.5. The glaze has frost resistance of not less than 100 cycles. The glaze has melting temperature of 1500-1540°C and firing temperature of 1150-1200°C.

EFFECT: high frost resistance of the glaze.
