SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the industry of construction materials and compositions of mixtures for making brick. The mixture for making brick contains clay, wastes from gravitational preparation of pegmatite ore, marshalite and talc, with the following ratio of components, wt %: clay - 50.0-65.0; wastes from gravitational preparation of pegmatite ore - 10.0-15.0; marshalite - 10.0-15.0; talc - 15.0-20.0.
EFFECT: high frost resistance of brick.
