FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport. Proposed system comprises heating, ventilation and conditioning device 1 mounted on cabin roof 2. Said device 1 is communicated with distribution chamber 3 and circulation chamber 4 arranged under roof of cabin 2. Said distribution chamber 3 is communicated with heated air ducts 5 via vertical prepared air ducts 6 with angle bends 6a arranged behind cabin 2. Heated air ducts 5 are arranged above cabin floor, secured at cabin sidewalls and communicated with heated air distributor 7 located at cabin front, below windshield 8. Inlet chambers 9 with deflectors 10 and exhaust chambers 11 with deflectors 12 are located in pairs under cabin roof in symmetry about its lengthwise axis.
EFFECT: better ventilation and heating at lower ambient temperatures.
