Proposed device comprises track lines, track generator, 1^st and 2^nd track relays, 1^st and 2^nd resistors, track transformer, band filter, rectifier, ADC, 1^st and 2^nd registers, PROM, and clock oscillator. Besides, it comprises comparator, 2^nd band filter, 3^rd, 4^th and 5^th track relays, 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd control relays, 1^st and 2^nd identical electronic units accommodating ADC, 1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd registers, PROM, comparator, 1^st and 2^nd amplifiers, clock oscillator and resistor.
