FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of heat-protective coatings for structures and equipment operating in conditions of high temperature and aggressive media and can be used in construction, mechanical engineering, chemical industry, transport, aviation, space and other industries. The high-temperature heat-protective coating contains hollow ceramic or corundum microspheres, binder and water. The binder is selected from a group comprising aluminium-boron phosphate, aluminium-chromium phosphate, potassium polytitanate or a mixture of aluminium-chromium phosphate and potassium polytitanate. Starting components in the coating composition are in the following ratios in wt %: said microspheres 67-85, said binder 10-30, water - the balance. The hollow ceramic microspheres in the heat-protective coating are flue ash aluminosilicate microspheres with diameter of 3-150 mcm and wall thickness of 1-6 mcm or glass-ceramic microspheres with diameter of 3-100 mcm and wall thickness of 0.3-1.0 mcm. The hollow corundum microspheres have diameter of 3-90 mcm and wall thickness of 0.5-3.0 mcm.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain a heat-protective coating with improved heat-protective and thermophysical properties, resistance to vibration loads and aggressive media.
