FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: light proppant used during oil and gas production applying the method of hydraulic formation fracturing is obtained in the form of granules with pycnometric specific gravity of 1.1-2.5 g/cm3 and with dimensions of 0.2-4.0 mm, from mixture of powder-like aluminosilicate raw material, silicate microspheres and binding agent, where binding agent is mixture of water solution (3%) of carboxymethyl cellulose or methyl cellulose, or lignosulphonates of technical, silicate microspheres and nanoparticles of oxides of alkaline-earth metals. Besides, aluminosilicate raw material - bauxites or bauxites and kaolins, or kaolins, or kaolins and alumina, or clay, or kyanites, or andalusites, or sillimanites, or alumina, silicate microspheres - cenospheres extracted from carried over ash of thermal power plants, or artificially obtained glass spheres or microshperes, silicate microspheres have sizes of 5-400 mcm and pycnometric specific gravity of 0.3-0.5 g/cm3, oxides of alkaline-earth metals - calcium or magnesium oxides; size of nanoparticles is 0.05-0.8 mcm; content, wt %: aluminosilicate raw material 20-89, silicate microspheres 1-70, binding agent 10-40; binding agent contains the following, wt %: the above water solution (3%) 30-98, silicate microspheres 1-50, nanoparticles 1-50, at total weight ratio of microspheres and nanoparticles of not more than 70 wt % of the weight of binding agent.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of hydraulic fracturing.
