FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgical production and may be used for accelerated cooling of metal. A nozzle is equipped with an end partition and a mixing chamber, a body is made in the form of coaxial pipelines for supply of liquid and gas into a mixing chamber, having an inner face and a hole at the outlet and made for adjustment of its inner volume with the possibility of axial displacement along the pipeline for liquid, at the same time the pipeline for gas is installed inside the pipeline for liquid, in the end of which there is at least one bushing with an inner hole in the form of a de Laval nozzle, and the end partition is made with holes for liquid and separates the pipeline from the mixing chamber. Besides, the hole at the outlet from the mixing chamber may have thread, and adjacent bushings with inner holes in the form of de Laval nozzles may be arranged so that each critical section of the nozzle in the next bushing along gas flow is less than the critical section of the nozzle of the previous bushing or critical section of the nozzle of the previous bushing along gas flow is less than the critical section of the next bushing nozzle. The diameter of the output hole of the previous bushing along gas flow may be more than the diameter of the input hole of the next bushing along gas flow.
EFFECT: possibility to increase speed of gas liquid mixture flow, reduced flow rate of liquid and gas and simplified nozzle design.
