FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of detachable housing equipped with a seat, spring-loaded end valve, spring-loaded plunger in axial seat channel, upper adapter and a nut, shell with a seat in axial channel, which are installed in detachable housing so that annular chamber is formed between them, and spring-loaded annular piston with hollow stock equipped with inner annular projection, which form together with the shell an annular chamber hydraulically connected via radial hole to annular chamber between shell and detachable housing. Seat is equipped with longitudinal slots on inner surface and spring-loaded stepped plunger in axial channel installed with possibility of being borne against annular stop in axial channel of spring-loaded end valve installed with possibility of kinematic interaction with annular piston and annular projection of hollow stock and formation of chamber hydraulically connected via radial channel to annular chamber under annular piston. Shell is equipped with valve installed in the bore, at the point of throttle outlet of axial channel of upper adapter with annular chamber between shell and detachable housing. Spring-loaded end valve is equipped with a hole provided with the possibility of connection of drain chamber in the body of annular piston to its axial channel, and hollow stock is equipped with an extension piece with connection thread, which is passed through axial channel of the nut, which is square or hexagonal.
