SUBSTANCE: pile 1 of folded material comprises intermediate web 13 with opposed first and second face sides 2, 3. Note here that first face side comprises multiple edge parts 9, 10, 11 formed by first set of folds 16 at said intermediate web while second side surface comprises second edge parts 24, 25 formed by second set of folds 17 in said intermediate web. Note here that said edge parts feature thickness t while said intermediate web 12 features lengthwise direction 19. Note here that said first web 12 has first visible pattern 20 with reiterating section r in said direction of first web. Adjacent folds 16 of said first set of folds are separated by interval L in direction of web length along said first web while adjacent folds 17 of second set of folds are separated by said interval L in direction of said first web so that distance L satisfies the equation: L=n·r+k·t where n is natural number, r is said reiterating section, t is edge section thickness and k is a constant. Note here that k is selected so that edge patter 21 is formed on, at least, one of first and second surfaces 2, 3 of the pile. Note also that edge pattern 21 corresponds approximately to visible patter 20 on first web.
