FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to complex waste water treatment. The system comprises a waste water mechanical treatment unit having a grid, a sand trap, a fat trap and a settling tank. The system has a biological treatment unit consisting of an aeration tan, a methane tank, a settling tank, sludge beds and apparatus for producing biogas, a fat trap having a reinforced-concrete housing, having the shape of a parallelepiped having a slanted bottom with vertical walls on top of which a detachable cover is mounted. Under the top cover there is a detachable lower cover for conducting preventive maintenance or eliminating emergency situations in case of discharge emissions. One of the vertical walls adjoins a box for regenerating the fat trap with hot water or steam or a mechanical means if the pipe for realising waste water into the drainage is clogged. A pipe for feeding waste water lies opposite the box on the vertical wall. An inlet opening for releasing waste water lies on the bottom part of the housing, next to an emergency valve for drainage if the inlet opening is clogged. Vibrators whose outputs are connected to a control unit are mounted on one of the vertical walls and the bottom of the housing.
EFFECT: high quality and efficiency of treating waste water.
