SUBSTANCE: invention relates to road construction materials and can be used in building, repairing and overhauling road asphalt coatings, as well as building and repairing bridge floors and overhead crossings. The rubberised draining asphalt mix has porosity of 14-25% and contains crushed rock, sand from grinding screenings and binding substance, wherein the binding substance is a rubber-polymer-bitumen binder based on viscous asphalt cement, low-density secondary linear polyethylene and rubber crumbs with size of up to 1 mm, with the following ratio of components, wt %: crushed rock 65-81; asphalt cement 4.0-6.0; rubber crumbs 0.6-0.9; low-density secondary linear polyethylene 0.2-0.3; sand from grinding screenings - the balance.

EFFECT: improved physical and mechanical properties of draining asphalt mix and low cost thereof.
