FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the ceramic industry and can be used in production of building ceramics, primarily ceramic tiles. The ceramic mixture for making construction products contains clay and wastes from beneficiation of non-ferrous metals containing CaCO3 and CaSO4 which, during decomposition in the heating process, provide content of CaO of 34.0-38.0%, with the following ratio of components, wt %: clay - 85-95; wastes from beneficiation of non-ferrous metals- 5-15.
EFFECT: high strength of products and low water absorption of products.
