FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: method to produce a nanosize current-conducting material with electric discharge in a liquid includes excitation of pressure and cavitation variances in a flow of a water-powder suspension, which circulates in a reactor between high-voltage electrodes, at the same time the initial suspension is separated into portions with higher density of a charge of powdery current-conducting fractions. Each portion of the suspension is first accumulated under pressure in the input compartment, and pressure is concentrated in direction of an output electromagnetic valve due to giving the cone shape to the accumulating compartment, and then sent along the axis of the negative electrode along the channel formed by transfer de Laval nozzles made of a dielectric material. At the same time electric exposure is carried out from tips of positive electrodes that belt a negative electrode in areas of location of critical sections of coupled de Laval nozzles, and the number and geometry of transfer nozzles in the channel are calculated on the basis of specific density, dispersion and material of particles of the initial powder, prepared for production of the nanosize material in the water suspension.
EFFECT: increased technical and economic effectiveness.
