FIELD: crushing or grinding of various materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for grinding various materials using electrohydraulic effect and can be used in mining and other industries. Plant consists of electrode 1 placed inside cylindrical discharge chamber 2, cylindrical loading chamber 3, tank 4 with working fluid and processed material, equipped with mixer 5 and loading funnel 6, circulating pump 7, pipelines 8 and shutoff valves, including valves for supply 9, return 10 and dispensing 11 of working mixture. Discharge chamber 2 is placed in a cylindrical housing with a conical bottom, which contains a cover, inlet and outlet nozzles, a drain nozzle with a screw plug. Discharge chamber 2 is a composite structure consisting of alternating solid disks and disks with radial recesses arranged coaxially one above the other. Solid discs and discs with radial grooves have the same inner diameter and different outer diameter. Radial recesses of the discs are made in the form of Laval nozzles. Solid discs are made in the form of rings. Laval nozzles represent channels cut in the disk and covered from above and below with solid disks. Channel wall angles can have different values. Inlets of Laval nozzles are open towards electrode 1, and outlets are open to annular space between discharge chamber 2 and cylindrical housing. Discs have holes for attachment to the cover.
EFFECT: plant ensures increased efficiency of the process of grinding various materials using the electrohydraulic effect due to more complete use of the discharge energy.
