FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises an autonomous voltage inverter, power outputs of which via current sensors are connected to stator windings of an induction motor, a unit of drivers, outputs of which are connected with control inputs of the autonomous voltage inverter. Power inputs of the autonomous voltage inverter are connected to outputs of a non-controlled rectifier, inputs of which are connected to a source of three-phase AC voltage. The unit of drivers is connected to outputs of a WPM generator. An interface unit is serially connected with an input filter, the first summator, a PI controller of speed, the second summator, the first PI controller of current, the first and second converters of coordinates, a Kalman filter, the third summator, a PI controller of flux linkage, the fourth summator, the second PI controller of current, the first converter of coordinates, a WPM generator. The interface unit is connected to the third summator. The first summator is connected to a fuzzy speed controller, the output of which is connected to the second summator. The Kalman filter is connected with the first summator, the first and the third converters of coordinates. Outputs of current sensors are connected to inputs of the second converter of coordinates, outputs of which are connected to the third converter of coordinates, which is connected to the fourth and second summator, and the interface unit is connected to a PC.
