SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production, in particular, to manufacture of fodder additives normalising metabolism and enhancing nonspecific resistance of the animal organism. The biologically active fodder additive for young pigs contains cultural production wastes produced after cells cultivation, amber acid, sodium nucleinate and organic selenium in the form of Sel-Plex preparation. The components are used at the following ratio, wt %: amber acid - 18.0-20.0; sodium nucleinate - 25.0-30.0; organic selenium in the form of Sel-Plex preparation - 0.25-0.30; cultural production wastes - balance.

EFFECT: invention allows to improve metabolism and average daily gain with young pigs as well as nonspecific protection factors and antioxidant properties of the organism.
