FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed grinder comprises grinding table, roll interacting with the latter, roll drive with support and horizontal platform with balancing weights, roll shaft support and bedegree gyro. Central loader cone is secured at horizontal platform cylindrical case. Horizontal platform cylinder connects said platform with power drive and is secured at driver support to turn about vertical axis. Unloading cone is arranged inside unloading cone cylinder mounted at drive support coaxially with horizontal platform. Perforated grinding table is arranged inside unloading cone cylinder in the same horizontal plane with aforesaid platform. Additionally, motor is incorporated with proposed grinder and mounted at the support and reduction gearbox fitted on motor shaft and unloading cone cylinder. Unloading cone cylinder and grinding table can turn about vertical axis. Direction of rotation opposes that of horizontal platform.
EFFECT: higher reliability.
