SUBSTANCE: platform includes supports to be attached to the ground, a platform base, on which a drilling derrick with drilling equipment is installed, and a diesel generator. At that, supports are telescopic; the platform base includes pontoons installed parallel on two edges of the platform base, which are covered with a deck, and the platform base includes a keel installed under the deck in middle part parallel to the pontoons. Load can be installed in lower part of the keel. Keel can consist of two parts installed on both sides of the drilling derrick. Offshore drilling platform can contain at least one additional derrick that is installed above supports. Offshore drilling platform can contain at least one valve that is installed above the support. The platform base can be equipped with accumulators connected through a switching unit to the diesel generator. Offshore drilling platform can contain additional generators installed on additional derricks. Offshore drilling platform can contain a control unit connected through communication lines to the switching unit.
