SUBSTANCE: platform includes supports to be attached to the ground, a platform base, on which a drilling derrick with drilling equipment is installed, and a diesel generator. The supports are telescopic; in the assembled position partially they are located above the derrick base, partially - below it. The derrick base contains pontoons installed in parallel to each other at two derrick edges and they are covered by deck. In the derrick vase there is also keel installed under the deck in the middle part; at that keel height is bigger than height of support parts which are in the assembled position are located below the derrick base.
