FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: device for fixation of a fold in open position includes a guide made with a through longitudinal slot connected with the fixed part of the opened item, and a slider mounted as capable of longitudinal displacement relative to the guide and with the possibility of its fixation in a certain position, being connected to the fold, at the same time the slider is arranged with the surface that contacts with the surface of the guide at both sides of the slot, and is equipped with a bushing with an inner threaded hole, pulled through the slot, at the same time the link of the slider with the fold is made in the form of a bracket fixed on the fold, equipped with a cylinder covering the bushing and having height exceeding the bushing height, and with the end part that contacts with the guide, installed as capable of displacement along the bushing by means of a screw installed into its threaded hole.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities of a device, provision of higher consumer properties due to fixation of a fold in any position along the entire length of a slot with simultaneous increase of reliability of fold fixation in an open position, convenience of device usage and simplification of its design.
