FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has electrical engine, connected to drive made in form of mechanism, converting rotation of engine shaft by crank mechanism to reciprocal slider movement. Slider may be connected to compacted plunger of working body. Drive has housing with front and back covers, and coaxial axially moveable and fixed supports. Worm is mounted on one side on radial-stopped roller bearing, and on other side on two ball and one roller bearings and is engaged with worm- wheel, which is mounted on back cover or on drive housing on radial-stopped roller bearing or on ball bearing. In a hub of worm-wheel off-centered aperture is made with a groove for bushing key, which connects hub to eccentric shaft, which rests by slit portion on aperture in worm-wheel, and which rests by smooth neck on moveable support placed on front cover and used for limiting shaft axial movement and made in form of bushing. On off-centered eccentric shaft portion screw slits are made. On shaft slits eccentric is mounted. Inner slit aperture of eccentric is made off-centered relatively to outer mounting cylinder for drive connecting-rod. In front cover drive counting means is placed for facilitating axial movement of moveable support with eccentric shaft for mounting needed length of slider course. Working body of device may be made in form of membrane pump, containing a body with membrane separator of drive and pump enclosures, perforated wall for displacer enclosure separation from drive enclosure. Displacer is made in form of compacted plunger. Drive enclosure forms a ring-shaped housing together with membrane surface. Tank for storing drive fluid is made in form of a glass, and contains a filter and safety valve. Pump is provided with differential spring-loaded additional feeding valve, check valve, which is mounted in a passage connecting tank for storing drive fluid under atmospheric pressure to additional feeding hollow, which hollow is located under valve and plunger elements of differential additional feeding passage. Drive counting means has screw and measuring line with base scale, which line is parallel to screw axis, line and screw being placed inside the drive housing. Said screw has drive lever, fixing means, and a pointer for base scale made for moving along measuring line. On a screw projection additional scale is applied evenly on basis of rotation angle. Additional scale is used for counting portions of points of base scale during screw rotation. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 3 cl, 4 dwg
