FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: valve includes a tubular cylindrical housing with a cylindrical spool-type gate, a protective case with two inwardly located thermosensitive elements made from the material having shape memory effect, each of which is located inside the tube from electrically insulating material, the opposite ends of which are connected to corresponding wires of an electrical control line, and connected at one of its ends by means of corresponding electrical insulators to the housing, and at the other one to the spool-type gate. At that, the housing has the shape of a connection pipe tightly connected to the pipeline, inside which there fixed is a console frame protruding beyond its limits, and a stepped cylindrical shell consisting at least of two cylindrical parts is concentrically fixed with a gap; each cylindrical part of the latter is provided with sections with through holes. On the outer side of the shell, on both sides of each section there concentrically fixed are ring-shaped scrapers and annular sliding seals. The spool-type gate is made in the form of a gate-type stepped cylindrical shell, the number of cylindrical parts of which coincides with the number of cylindrical parts of the stepped shell. At the bottom of the gate-type shell there are through holes, and in each of its cylindrical parts there are sections with through holes. Inner surfaces of cylindrical parts of the gate-type stepped shell are polished; the gate-type stepped shell is installed concentrically with a gap on the stepped shell and connected to it with possibility of being moved by means of corresponding scrapers and sliding seals. Thermosensitive elements are located on one side of the housing and each of those is hinged at one of its ends to the frame, and at the other one to the corresponding ends of a balance beam hinged on it; one arm of the latter is hinged by means of a piston-rod to external part of the bottom of the gate-type stepped shell. Scrapers of the appropriate diameter are located on both sides of the sliding seal, thus being adjoined to the latter, and in one of two extreme positions of the gate-type shell, sections with through holes in its cylindrical walls are located so that they mate with corresponding sections with through holes in cylindrical parts of the casing-type shell.
EFFECT: enlarging technical capabilities of the valve with thermosensitive control.
