SUBSTANCE: proposed device has coupling and insert. Note here that said coupling incorporates, at least, one concentric cut in lap section while insert has, at least, one annular cut. Coupling has, at least, one opening at cut section for, at least, one flexible retainer to be fitted in every annular channel formed by said cuts. Said retainer has two locks and two ends to be fitted via opening in one direction of annular channel to lock both ends of the tube in axis.
EFFECT: reliable operation.
