FIELD: heating.
SUBSTANCE: self-contained centralised heat supply water system consists of a hot-water boiler of a district heating station (DHS), which is connected to system water circuit including primary hot system water path connected to heat consumers and return system water path connected to a pump or system water pumps, and a power plant on low-boiling working medium (LBWM) comprising a steam generator, a turbine with an electric generator, a pump and a condenser; at that, steam generator is connected through a bypass to the return system water path; working medium condenser is of air-liquid type and interconnected as to cold side to urban atmosphere; equipped with a pump and throttle substation containing an adjustable hydroturbine of propeller type with an electric motor, which is connected together with LBWM power plant to the pump or pumps of system water and fixed in pipeline of the return system water path.
EFFECT: improving reliability of heat supply system in emergency situations and reducing the cost of electric power consumed by heat generating enterprises together with heat networks.
